World Tapas Day arrives to New Delhi

The Tourism Office of Spain partners with Sevilla Restaurant at The Claridges New Delhi to celebrate World Tapas Day. A unique occasion to enjoy Tapas Specialties and treat the foodie inside you.

Sevilla, a well-known Mediterranean restaurant in town, joins the World Tapas Day celebrations for second consecutive year. The Chef and his team have designed a special menu that combines the most authentic Spanish tapas recipes like ‘patatas bravas’, Valencian coca or deep-fried calamari with their own expertise and nouvelle cuisine techniques. Therefore, the menu available from 15th to 25th June, is a magnificent combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Tapas paired  with a glass of refreshing Sangría, which lead to delight the most exquisite palates.

The Tapas Day celebrations organized by the Tourism of Spain in Delhi start on 14th June with an event in partnership with Cox&Kings, an afternoon to experience the flavors of Spain. During the event, “En Route Spain will be presented, comprehensive guidebook of Master Chef India Shipra Khanna culinary experiences across Spain. A brochure that reveals and celebrates the diversity of the Spanish culture and gastronomy and proposes a complete itinerary for travelers to explore the extraordinary cuisine while visiting the country.

So, all the foodies in town, do not hesitate to celebrate World Tapas Day and indulge yourself in the authentic bites of the Spanish cuisine in India.
