The Festival will be held at Earthplate- The Global Cuisine Restaurant, from 12th January to 29th  January 2017, with Chef Rupesh and Restaurant Manager Harish Dosad who have curated delectable Maharashtrian delicacies for the dinner buffet.

The journey to the heart of Maharashtra begins as Hotel Sahara Star welcomes you to The Earth Plate the Global Cuisine restaurant decorated in royal Maharashtrian colors. As you proceed to your table you will be served with authentic snacks like Khaja, Bhakar wadi, Aloo wadi, Kothimbir wadi amongst the few. The main course will include mouthwatering dishes like Kombdi Masala, Shimplan Chay Kalwan, Misal Pav, Bhakri, Puran poli and Modak, from every nook and corner of Maharashtra. Those who enjoy mixing up International cuisines with their meal have also been taken care of and the guests will also get to enjoy live food counters.

Soulful music will fill the air with the spirit of Maharashtra. The service team will be dressed in traditional attire of Kurta, Feta and Pheta, leaving no stone unturned in making your dinner a memorable experience.
