Ossiano joins forces with Nobu for an exclusive ‘Four Hands’ Dining Experience at Atlantis, The Palm
Two of Dubai’s award winning chefs come together in a fusion of excellence and creativity to deliver a menu truly like no other!
Two of Dubai’s award winning chefs, Herve Courtot of Nobu and Grégoire Berger of Ossiano, are coming together to create the ultimate dining experience at underwater restaurant Ossiano, Atlantis, The Palm. The exclusive ‘Four Hands’ dinner will be hosted on 10thMarch and promises to be one of the most unforgettable evenings of the season.
In a first for both restaurants, world famous Nobu will combine its Peruvian Japanese inspired cuisine with the fine dining flare of Ossiano, which offers sophisticated seafood set to the backdrop of awe inspiring views of the Ambassador Lagoon.
Starting at 7pm, guests will be taken on aunique culinary journey, which will showcase the special synergy between the two chefs and restaurants through a delectable tasting menu for AED 1,250 per person. The evening will begin with a selection of delectable canapés including Konbu Tacos with Vegetables Dry Miso, Foie Gras Ganache, King Crab & Daikon Roll, Jalapeño Salsa and Beetroot Meringue & Goat Cheese Curd.
Diners will enjoy an assortment of tasting dishes that promise to tantalize the taste buds. The tasting menu includes unique dishes such as Ossiano Spherification, Caviar De Sologne With Potato Wasabi, Gillardeau Oysters N.2 In Kataifi With Yuzu Black Winter Truffle and Toro Tataki with Black Goma Dressing and Peruvian Chili Jelly.These will be followed by Sicilian Gambero Rosso, Toro Tataki with Black Goma Dressing and Peruvian Chili Jelly, Seared Foie Gras with Artichoke and Black Truffle and Roasted Langoustine with Miso Carrot Puree and Spinach Foam.Two of the hero dishes created by the award winning chefs include theCrispy Scale Red Mullet with Paella and Squid Ink Rice and theSlow Cooked Japanese Beef served with Buckwheat Risotto, Wild Thyme and Himalayan Honey Teriyaki.
For those with a sweet tooth, this menu promises to delight. Guests can indulge in a collection of mouthwatering desserts including Mont D’or, Baux Olive Oil Sorbet, Pineapple and Coconut, Le Concorde,which is composed of layers of rich chocolate meringue and chocolate mousse and a selection of Mignardises – delicious bite sized desserts such as Baba With Sake & Macha Cream, Lavender Chocolate, White Sesame Seed Éclair and Passion Fruit & Dark Chocolate.
Throughout the evening diners will enjoy the smooth sounds of live music by one of the Middle East’s most sought after female vocalists, Salha and The Million Dollar Band. This will be the ultimate dining experience, which brings together the award winning dishes from both Nobu and Ossiano for one night only, promising an unforgettable gastronomical tour like no other.
