Louvre Hotels to bring Premiere Class and Campanile to India: Group’s South Asia MD
Louvre Hotels is planning to bring Premiere Class and Campanile in India, said the Group’s MD, Vimal Singh. India’s has huge potential in the budget hotel segment, which is growing fast. Currently, India’s existing budget hotels primarily focus on giving cheap accommodation to travellers, but “we plan to give them world-class hospitality and customer experience in the budget segment as well and hence we plan to bring Premiere Class and Campanile in India,” Singh said.
Talking further about the expansion plans of the brand in India, Singh, said, “We are looking at increasing our brand portfolios in metros as well as smart Tier II and Tier III cities that lack international chains of hotels offering unprecedented services to its customers. We are also working on bringing Campanile and Premier Class in India soon.”
Presently, the brand operates 25 properties spread across 19 cities in India under the brand name Royal Tulip (five star), Golden Tulip Hotels and Resorts (4 star deluxe) and Tulip Inn (3 star).
