MSC Musica to homeport in Abu Dhabi for winter season

MSC Cruises has taken part in the inauguration of the new cruise terminal at Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi, officially marking the beginning of the winter 2015/16 season with MSC Musica homeporting there for the duration of the season. MSC Musica will take guests from Dubai or Abu Dhabi on a series of seven-night cruises in a one of the most fascinating and diverse regions in the world.

Speaking in conjunction with the inaugural ceremony, Gianni Onorato, chief exexutive of MSC Cruises, declared: “It is an honour for MSC Cruises to have MSC Musica berthed here at Zayed Port, marking the first time that a global cruise line has homeported in this fascinating and captivating city.

“It also reflects the importance of the region as a place for our guests to visit and is testament to MSC Cruises’ capacity to offer the most sought-after destinations as they become accessible.” Some 16 cruises leaving from either Dubai or Abu Dhabi are planned for this season on the 3,200-guest ship from December until the end of March 2016.

Thanks to our partnership with Etihad Airways and Emirates, guests can enjoy fly-cruise packages to the UAE and enjoy a holiday that starts from the moment they leave home.
